Stress and anxiety is part of the daily life. But for some people, the level of stress can be much more higher than acceptable. Unmanaged stress hurts the quality of life, and increase health issues.

Anxiety interfere with everyday activities and well being. It includes exaggerated tension, worry, inability to relax, diffuculty to concentrate, anticipate issues and excessive concern about everything in daily life. Those symptoms are not controlable. Some symptoms can be physical as well, such as muscle tension, trembling, sweating and insomnia. Such symptoms are due to the fight stress response of the mind.

Yoga can adress both mind and body issues and help regulate emotions.

Meditation improve self regulation of the brain. You will gain more skill regarding the emotion control, less negatively reactive to the life situations. This is why yoga is a very powerful tool.


Researchers have found that yoga on children and adolescents may reduce anxiety, prevalent in younger people. Kundalini Yoga is a traditional yoga practice that incorporate movements, dynamic breathing technique, relaxation... very focus on the connection between the mind and the body. It will results in feeling of calm, well being, compassion.

Yoga doesn't require special equipment. A yoga mat is helpuf though, so there is nothing to stop you from practicing Kundalini Yoga in your living room. Whenever you feel anxious, stress or need to relax, get to yoga! It is always best to learn first with professionals of Kundalini to ensure you are doing all the movement correctly, but if you want to start by yourself first, there is techniques easy to perform on your own. You can find many website online or youtube videos.
