The Chef
Our truly passionated Chef is born and raised in Mykonos. He like to share healthy meditteranean cuisine and to sublimate his plates to bring out the sense and taste of goodness, beauty and excellence. In the land of his ancestors, he holds the keys of Notos Restaurant unlike any other.

Eating healthy, bringing the environment into the plates because ultimately everything is there. For him, who cooks as much with his heart as with his memories, being born in Mykonos, it's an identity.
